New Season poised to begin clean up on the Wyatt Property in 2018

New Season has been awarded a clean up grant from the California Water Resources Board which could cover the entire project estimated to cost nearly $1 million. While there are still some hurdles to clear we feel closer than ever to changing the character of downtown Esparto for the better. It has been 20 years since there was an open and active business at the Wyatt Property. As soon as the clean up is complete New Season will seek help in beginning the process of developing this central corner into a community asset. Please check back for updates as we continue to make progress on this much needed project.
