This historic building originally built as a bank on Yolo Avenue was purchased by New Season in January of 2020 from Ruth and Roger McMillan. In its history it has been a bank, a medical office, and a hair salon.

Ruth and Roger took loving care of this building for the 25 years they owned it and upon retirement, gave New Season the chance to purchase the building.

New Season has made repairs to the roof, landscaping, removed and replaced all floor joists and perimeter sills, installed new subfloor and flooring, painting inside and out, and is scheduled to remove the plaster from the exterior wall on the south and replace it with new plaster and paint.

This repair work will be followed by installation of French drains on North and South sides and new landscaping. Its future purpose is yet to be defined.
